This edition was first published in 2004 by the now closed-down Norwegian publisher Seriehuset.
It collects both "Machine-gun Kelly" and "Bullets, Babes and By-lines" in one edition and in color. At
Raptus '10 it was introduced as a digi-comic for iPhones and iPads from
Oxicomics. Soon to be release in English as well.
